Most of us vaguely know what yoga is?. People just know of it to be some sort of respiratory exercise done in some specific postures.But many people are regularly practicing it and reaping its benifits physically and spiritually!! It is a part of Hindu and Bhuddist worshiping method and many people use it for medication as well.
And recent research says it helps fighting asthma!!!

A new research has revealed that late risers ire less quickly than those who make a point of getting up at the dawn. The results of the study are surely got to delight night owls like myself, whose who are awoke even at odd hours during night but wake up late near midday. Since we were little kids i have been hearing “early to bed and early to rise makes jack healthy wealthy and wise”, well as it turns out this isn’t entirely the case. It has long been held that the early bird catches the worm, but it is the night owl that lasts the distance.Previous studies have found that those who rise later tend to be both cleverer and richer

Kite Powered Cargo System Initiated by SkySails

This is the world first ship partially powered by a large kite. The cargo ship started its maiden voyage from Germany to Venezuela last month. The Giant kite is fitted with a giant computer-guided kite, which helps the engines to power the ship, thus reducing fuel consumption and emissions by 20 percent.
