The world has truly realized the dangers posed by ever-increasing amounts of green house gases on our environment and their contribution to global warming. With fossils fuels running out the research has intensified for alternative energy sources specially for automobiles. A french automobile company has developed a car that runs on air. Well yes it does, the car utilizes compressed air, compressed to about4,500 pounds per square inch, as fuel. It takes about four hours to fill the tank to full pressure and then cold air is then released gradually to power the pistons and to the joy of eviroment lovers only fresh air comes out of the almost frozen exhaust pipe when it is moving at low speeds. The man behind this technology is Guy Negre, a former F1 automobile engineer.
